Amit Sarawagi (FCA, MBA)

As a Chartered Accountant and MBA with over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, ESG, sustainability finance, I bridge the gap between industry and academia. I have worked with top consulting firms and now focus on advising businesses on sustainable finance, ESG compliance, and impact investing.

My passion lies in educating the next generation of business leaders, integrating practical insights with academic learning. I am keen to engage with more universities and other business schools as a Professor of Practice, visiting faculty, or guest lecturer to shape future leaders in sustainability and entrepreneurship.

I am founder at ESG & Sustainability Think Tank (An initiative by AMOOLAYA Transformation Foundation, India. which is a registered not for profit entity under Indian Companies Act, 2013 and Indian Income Tax Act, 1961). This think tank is a social enterprises with objective of spreading awareness about ESG and Sustainability globally.

A very unique and dedicated education cum advisory platform for institutions, companies and government which is working for policy formulations, education and development of leadership in sustainability and entrepreneurial qualities in people across globe around Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Sustainability.

I am also founder at Trueledger Tech Pvt Ltd, India. Co has served some of the largest clients in Indian start-up eco-system. Trueledger has generated revenue of more than One Million USD. Company operations covered 100 cities of India with 250 associates. Trueledger had been recognized with "Business Excellence Award from World Confederation of Business, Houston (Texas), USA.

I have worked with PwC and Deloitte for 10 years.

I am an alumnus of IIM-Ahmedabad (MDP 2006-07), Fellow Chartered Accountant (CA 2006), MBA degree in 2009 from University of Bedfordshire, UK.

Apart from regular work and professional commitments, I have supported various govt and non-govt organizations both Indian or Global like Startup India, Junior Achievement, PwC India Foundation, Narayan Sewa Sansthan, PM NRF, PM CARES and many more.

I have been at multiple honorary positions at multiple organizations. Also contributed literary articles at many national and international newspapers and magazines and facilitated sessions as guest lecturer and faculty at some institutes of eminence in India like IITs, Ramjas College, Delhi University and some African Universities virtually among other global Universities.

CA Pooja Agarwal

CA Pooja Agarwal is the Co-Founder of Trueledger Tech Pvt. Ltd, AMOOLAYA Transformation Foundation & Finfluenz.

She was the Ambassador of Commonwealth Entrepreneurs Club.

She had been the Founder and Director of ASG Consultancy Services Private, Co-Founder Synergy.

She studied from "The Institute of Charted Accountants of India." for Master's Degree and CA Degree.
